Nicholson takes special care in his Wagyu steaks and, well, everything. The standouts include 9+ Wagyu New York, tomahawk, pan-roasted seafood tower in a savory curry broth, steak tartare, Wagyu meatballs, steak frites, frutti di mare, Chilean sea bass, smashed sweet potatoes and macaroni and cheese.

Happy Hour is a very popular time at William B’s, and it’s easy to see why. The standout pan-roasted seafood tower, as well as other food and beverage items, is deeply discounted, and dinner service is the star attraction.
