AMBIENCE
The steakhouse at Grand Canal Shoppes in The Venetian is a rare exception in Vegas Prime Magazine’s The Steakhouse Issue in being a chain, but this power-dining location is solid in design (two-level, casual and comfortable), menu and customer service.
MENU RECOMMEDNATIONS
The swinging tomahawk rib eye with crispy beef-fat potatoes is a must-order and very Instagrammable. Also note the top-notch seafood selection, wine list and cocktails. This is a business lunch or dinner meeting steakhouse if there ever was one.
PRO TIPS
When the special group occasion arises, book the PDR on the second level. Unlike a lot of PDRs, it’s in a fully open space – not enclosed in walls – but it’s still private, and it offers great views of the first level for people watching.
