AMBIENCE
Sometimes you need a steakhouse to be modern and airy and include a fireplace and patio seating, and the solid T-Bones Chophouse at Red Rock Resort in Summerlin checks all the boxes. Bonus points for using Chophouse instead of steakhouse in the name.
MENU RECOMMENDATIONS
The rare A5 Ribeye Kobe From Hyogo Prefecture (served by the ounce, and it melts in your mouth), USDA Prime T-Bone (great name), Piedmontese beef tartare prepared tableside (an uncommon occurrence), charred octopus, buttermilk fried chicken, warm toffee cake and peanut butter sundae.
PRO TIPS
Splurge on the rare meat dishes, and enjoy the solid cocktail program, as well: the cocktails Spa Treatment (with Hendrick’s Gin, St. Germain and more), Old Fashioned with WhistlePig Whiskey, Hendrick’s dirty martini and Fernet.
