Snake River Farms Gold Grade Steak, tomahawk steak, pepper-crusted Chateaubriand, jumbo bone marrow flambe, foie gras custard, king crab and artichoke gratin, butter poached Maine lobster and Rocky Road Sphere. Like the property itself, the restaurants and their menus are equally elegant.
PRO TIPS
SW Steakhouse has one of the stricter dress codes in the city, and the same can be said of Wynn and Encore’s other luxury restaurants. It’s worth a phone call to double-check. And one of the city’s best shows, “Awakening,” is on property.
