Executive Chef Dante Garcia said he would consider all the following items as must-orders: grilled octopus, spicy shrimp, 20 oz. dry-aged ribeye, 12 oz. Australian Wagyu New York and 8 oz. lobster tail. Done! Classic side dishes include asparagus, Brussels sprouts and loaded baked potato.

Our dinner there under then-Executive Chef Steve Young (not the legendary NFL quarterback) was solid, and it’s nice to know he’s been promoted in the company.
