Early June is an embarrassment of riches in the culinary world of Las Vegas, as The World’s 50 Best Restaurant Awards are celebrated here in conjunction with two culinary festivals: Indulge at Resorts World from June 3-7 and Revelry at Wynn Las Vegas from June 5-8. and


Expelliarmus! “Potted Potter: The Unauthorized Harry Experience” is a parody starring Nicholas Charles and James Edwards, and it is celebrating its fifth anniversary at Horseshoe Las Vegas this month. If you’re a fan of the blockbuster novels and movies, you’ll enjoy this intimate theatrical performance.


Starting June 2, Harlo Steakhouse in Downtown Summerlin will kick off “Spot on Sundays,” a Sunday series from 7-9 p.m. in June, including June 9, 16 and 23, with Spot Whiskey. The bar and lounge will showcase Spot Whiskey cocktails complemented by Harlo Hour bites, great ambiance and more.


Elvis is back in the building, at least for three days during Vegas Elvis Fest at Alexis Park All-Suite Resort. Vegas Prime Magazine friend Ryan Collingwood will be in town from San Diego as a celebrated Elvis Tribute Artist – and he cuts hair, too. Is there anything more Vegas than this fest? June 13-15.


As acclaimed Chef Julian Serrano plans his upcoming retirement, you have until August to dine at his award-winning Prime at Bellagio. His nearby Lago at Bellagio, with an incredible fountain view, will operate under new leadership, and he will remain at the helm of Julian Serrano Tapas at Aria.


June is Gay Pride Month, and there are experiences focused on the LGBTQ+ community: “RuPaul’s Drag Race” at Flamingo; drag brunches at Senor Frog’s at Treasure Island and The Garden Las Vegas and the new The Queen Las Vegas, both in Downtown Las Vegas; the Fruit Loop; and more.
