Another rare chain steakhouse on Vegas Prime Magazine’s The Steakhouse Issue list, STK Las Vegas at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is a lively restaurant and lounge serving steaks, sides and desserts in a dark, ultra-modern setting. STK is an OG of the vibe dining scene on the Las Vegas Strip.
MENU RECOMMENDATIONS
Must-order menu items include the Australian Wagyu Carrera 50 oz. Tomahawk (great for sharing), sweet potato donuts (only available in Las Vegas), short rib ravioli, yellowtail crudo, mushroom and truffle tagliatelle, sweet corn pudding and flourless chocolate cake.
PRO TIPS
STK is very much vibe dining and a party atmosphere, sometimes with a live DJ – an experience that’s not for everyone. Nonetheless, STK accommodates groups with infants and young children (as we recently experienced). Weekend brunch is a party scene, as well.
