AMBIENCE
Silverado Steakhouse at South Point is indeed a steakhouse, but the menu also includes fish, chicken and pork entrees in a refined and relaxed atmosphere at the far south end of the Las Vegas Strip. South Point is a popular destination with rodeo fans and cowboys.
MENU RECOMMENDATIONS
Highlights include tomahawk ribeye, filet trio, bone-in ribeye, roasted prime rib of beef, pork chops, house-smoked baby back ribs, lobster bisque with cognac, French onion soup, truffle macaroni and cheese, lemon cake, beignets and the classic steakhouse desserts cheesecake and crème brulee.
PRO TIPS
If Silverado Steakhouse is booked, consider nearby Primarily Prime Rib in the same property if prime rib is a favorite. Bonus: Prices are lower since you’re far away from the Las Vegas Strip.
