Wynn Las Vegas’s inaugural culinary festival Revelry took place at the resort from June 5-8 and featured the world’s top names in hospitality and entertainment for four days of meals and events. Highlights included the Icons Dinner, mixology class Class in the Glass, Los Angeles’s Yakitoriguy hosting a class and demonstration, East Meets Best at Wing Lei and Celebrity Chef Golf Tournament. Nearly 1,000 guests gathered for The Feast, a grand tasting like no other, on June 8.
During the event, attendees mingled with top chefs and celebrities in the four immersive culinary universes: The Casbah Marketplace featuring modern Mediterranean dishes; Road to Tulum featuring Coastal Mexican; Shibuya Crossing, inspired by Tokyo’s famed Shibuya District; and Four Sixes Ranch Country Cookout, a ranch-inspired cowboy cookout.
Highlights from The Feast: Taylor Sheridan of “Yellowstone” and Four Sixes Ranch made an appearance at the country cookout. Aaron Paul joined The Feast launching his new Zero Bond Caviar to VIP guests. And guests were wowed with a 325-pound blue fin tuna presentation, brought in from Japan, at Shibuya Crossing.
