This is the new kid on the block in the deli world of Las Vegas, and this New York transplant stands out because its Junior’s Cheesecake is front and center, served at Circus Circus and available at Costco. Sadelle’s at Bellagio

Sadelle’s might not by definition be a deli, but if your boss says it’s his favorite deli, you add it to the list! This swanky restaurant overlooks a Bellagio garden, and its bagel and lox tower and sandwiches are fantastic. Bonus: Sadelle’s is next to the Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Garden. 3600 S. Saginaw’s Delicatessen at Circa

One big reason Detroit staple Saginaw’s Delicatessen stands out on this delicious delis list: It’s open 24 hours. Yes, 24 hours. So, 9 a.m., 5 p.m., 12 a.m., nosh to your heart’s content. Siegel’s Bagelmania

This place is a bit underrated because it’s east of the Las Vegas Strip, but the sandwiches (you can’t go wrong with the pastrami and chopped liver), soup and service are always solid. Weiss Deli in Henderson

This mom-and-pop in Henderson is widely considered one of the best in town, so expect a wait at the small location, with a small bakery, especially at lunchtime. It gets this list’s vote for best chicken noodle soup with matzo ball and chopped liver sandwich. And buy a fudge brownie on the way out. 2744 N. Green Valley Parkway, Henderson.
