If your sweet tooth is craving frosé all day, cheesecake and shakes and/or Mille Crêpes, you’re in luck at Resorts World Las Vegas, with The Co-Op Frosé & Eatery, Junior’s Cheesecake and Lady M, respectively. Here’s a rundown of the three decadent dessert outlets:
The Co-Op Frose & Eatery
Frosé all day – really all year with more than 70 rotating flavors! Before Super Bowl LVIII Opening Night at Allegiant Stadium kicked off Super Bowl LVIII week in Las Vegas on Feb. 5, The Co-Op Frose & Eatery celebrated its grand opening.
The soirée included owners Jess Patterson and Jason Soss (both in awesome pink footwear), Co-Op Las Vegas investor and former NFL quarterback Sam Bradford, former NFL quarterback Matt Ryan (Matty Ice!), fabulous frosés and delicious mini sandwiches.
Junior’s Restaurant & Bakery
There’s always room for Junior’s cheesecake! Seventy-year-old Brooklyn icon Junior’s Restaurant & Bakery celebrated its official grand opening on the Las Vegas Strip in March. Since them, an obsession for the legendary and delicious cheesecakes has begun.
While it’s available at the venerable The Steakhouse at Circus Circus, purchasing a box of plain, strawberry and chocolate Junior’s mini cheesecakes at Costco is probably more realistic. This is 70-year-old Brooklyn icon Junior’s first West Coast location.
Lady M Cake Boutique
Lady M Cake Boutique is home to its famous Mille Crêpes – a cake of 20 alternating layers of soft cream and lacy French crêpes – and the elegant and beautiful luxury dessertier celebrated its grand opening at Resorts World in December.
I loved the white chairs, white tablecloths, white tables, white walls and white roses — all trés chic! — patio and of course the signature and light Mille Crêpes cakes. Lady M CEO Ken Romaniszyn attended the grand opening with Veuve Clicquot and special cocktail toasts.
