Early June is an embarrassment of riches in the culinary world of Las Vegas, as The World’s 50 Best Restaurant Awards are celebrated here in conjunction with two culinary festivals: Indulge at Resorts World from June 3-7 and Revelry at Wynn Las Vegas from June 5-8. The World’s 50 Best Restaurants has reflected and celebrated the richness and diversity of the world’s culinary landscape since 2002. REVELRY AT WYNN LAS VEGAS

Revelry at Wynn Las Vegas brings together the world’s most-esteemed chefs, best-in-class vintners, mixologists, art installations and live entertainment from June 5-8. Revelry will showcase events and curated experiences throughout Wynn Las Vegas featuring top culinary talent from the resort and across the country.

“Wynn Las Vegas is known for creating innovative, once-in-a-lifetime experiences, and our inaugural Revelry festival will be no exception,” Wynn Las Vegas President Steve Weitzman said. “The array of events coupled with the unique pairing of world-renowned chefs will offer guests an unparalleled culinary adventure.”

Revelry will include master classes, collaborative dinners featuring talent from the Wynn culinary team and a speakeasy concept, the Living Room, from Wynn’s Master Mixologist Mariena Mercer Boarini. The week’s events will culminate in the festival’s signature event, Revelry: The Feast, a gastronomic grand tasting featuring four experiences showcasing a different cuisine.

East Meets Best Collaboration Dinner: Wednesday, June 5, at Wing Lei

Chef Xian Ming Yu from Wing Lei at Wynn Las Vegas will welcome Chef Andre Chiang of Sichuan Moon at Wynn Palace, Chef Tam Kwok Fung of Chef Tam’s Seasons at Wynn Palace; Chef Henry Zhang of Golden Flower at Wynn Macau; and Chef Jen Yee, Executive Pastry Chef at Wynn Las Vegas, to prepare the finest haute Chinese cooking.

Master Class Collaboration From Wynn Master Mixologist Boarini and Master Mixologist Kate Gerwin: Thursday, June 6, at Casa Playa

Dubbed “Class in the Glass,” this master class will feature Boarini and award-winning mixologist Gerwin of Happy Accidents as they lead guests through a mixology class and tasting showcasing how to reimagine classic cocktails.

50 Best Signature Session: Icons Dinner: Thursday, June 6, at Lakeside

An iconic group of chefs previously recognized by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants Awards will present this world-class experience. The epic lineup includes Chef Daniel Humm of Eleven Madison Park; Chef Junghyun Park of Atomix; Chef Thomas Keller of The French Laundry and Per Se; Chef Kyle Connaughton of Single Thread; Chef Dominique Crenn of Atelier Crenn; Pastry Chef Pía Salazar of Nuema; and Pastry Chef Dominique Ansel of Ansel Bakery.

This once-in-a-lifetime dinner will form part of 50 Best Signature Sessions, an exclusive calendar of collaborative dinners between chefs from The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list and some of the city’s most exciting restaurants.

Revelry All-Star Chefs Dinner: Friday, June 7, at Lakeside

Hosted by Wynn Vice President of Culinary Operations and Development Chef

Christopher Lee, this experiential collaboration dinner will include dishes from Chef Brad Kilgore of Kilgore Culinary, Angie Mar of Le B, Chef Philip Tessier of Press, Pastry Chef Margarita Manzke of République and Yee.

Revelry: The Feast: Saturday, June 8, at Wynn Event Pavilion and Lawn

Revelry concludes with The Feast, the signature grand tasting event that will take guests on an immersive, multisensory journey through four culinary experiences:

▪ Four Sixes Ranch Country Cookout: Brought to life by Chef Christopher Lee, with guests Chef-Owners Andrew and Michelle Muñoz of Moo’s Craft Barbecue and Pastry Chef Heather Wong of Flouring Cake Shop, guests can expect masterful sample cuts from Taylor Sheridan’s Four Sixes Ranch cooked to perfection on wood-burning rotisseries and barbecued specialties from a custom-built outdoor smoker, plus a selection of artisan brews, great wines and spirits.

▪ Road to Tulum: This celebration of coastal Mexican fare will feature fresh and colorful options from Chef Sarah Thompson of Casa Playa joined by Chef Gilberto Cetina of Holbox, as well as desserts from Yee.

▪ The Casbah Marketplace: James Beard Award-honored Chef Alon Shaya of Safta 1964 at Wynn Las Vegas, in collaboration with Chef Laura and Chef Sayat Ozyilmaz of Dalida, will entice guests with the flavors of the Mediterranean and Middle East with a variety of dishes, pastries and beverages.

▪ Shibuya Crossing: Guests can taste their way through sushi preparations and small dishes prepared by Michelin-recognized Chef Jeff Ramsey of Mizumi at Wynn Las Vegas, alongside Pastry Chef Erika Chan of Dunsmoor and L.A. culinary innovators Liwei Liao and Yakitoriguy, with elevated interpretations of Japanese street foods.

INDULGE AT RESORTS WORLD

Resorts World Las Vegas’s Indulge: A Week of Food, Culture and Entertainment from June 3-7 celebrates The World’s 50 Best Restaurants debut in Las Vegas and promises meticulously crafted events and collaborations lauding the culinary world and the allure of diverse dining experiences.

As an official partner of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, Resorts World Las Vegas will host the opening and closing events of the week.

The World’s 50 Best Restaurants – Welcome Dinner at Carversteak (private event)

To kick off The World’s 50 Best program, Carversteak will host a welcome event featuring a one-of-a-kind dinner prepared by Carversteak’s Executive Chef Daniel Ontiveros and Master Mixologist Francesco Lafranconi, alongside chefs from the “Best of the Best” group of former No. 1s in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list.

Official 50 Best Closing Party at Allē Lounge on 66 (private event)

Allē Lounge on 66 will host the closing event. The chefs are Executive Chef Devin Hashimoto from Resorts World Las Vegas and Executive Chef Tal Ronnen from Crossroads Kitchen. The event will focus on a diverse range of clean dishes, including vegan and vegetarian options, juices and regular cocktails.

In addition to official events, Resorts World will host Indulge, a weeklong dining series with special guests and collaborations. Here’s an overview of Indulge events:

Industry Only Afterparty at Jalisco (private event) – June 3

Food writer Andy Wang will host an evening within Jalisco Underground. The event will bring omakase from Sushi by Scratch Restaurants and Chef Phillip Frankland Lee alongside caviar bumps from Astrea Caviar and a beer station from Big Noise.

Michelin-Starred Stubborn Seed by Jeremy Ford – June 4

Resorts World Las Vegas invites guests to an evening at Allē Lounge featuring Chef Jeremy Ford. The event will present an eight-course menu drawn from the dishes of Ford’s Michelin-starred Stubborn Seed in Miami. This pop-up dinner not only offers a glimpse into the soon-to-open Stubborn Seed at Resorts World this fall but also includes interactions with Ford himself. Priced at $375 per person, pairings for the evening will include select spirits from Edrington and fine wines from Jordan, with options for 5 and 8 p.m. seatings.

NADC Takeover – June 4-5

Not a Damn Chance Burger is a collaboration between professional skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin-Starred Chef Phillip Frankland Lee. As an internet phenomenon, their signature Wagyu cheeseburger has been the talk of the town since their inception, and they will be bringing it to RedTail along with their beast-style fries for a two-night event with options from 5 to 10 p.m. Guests can savor the Wagyu cheeseburger for $16 and enjoy fries starting at $5 for the regular and $8 for the beast style.

Sushi by Scratch Omakase – June 4-7

This eatery from Chefs/owners Phillip Frankland Lee and Margarita Kallas-Lee is no ordinary omakase spot. The nigiri are not just finessed but also infused with original touches. They will be hosting a live omakase experience in the RedTail karaoke rooms for a curated 17-course dining journey. Priced at $225 per person, space will be limited as they will only have three seatings per night, with 10 seats per seating at 5, 7:15 and 9:30 p.m.

Wally’s Mixology Masterclass – June 5

Renowned Mixologist Brandon Fay will lead a masterclass at Wally’s dedicated to the art of cocktail creation. Scheduled for 3 p.m., guests will explore the intricacies of mixology while showcasing the art of charcuterie in real-time. Priced at $150 per person, this event is perfect for attendees looking to elevate their cocktail-making skills.

A Night with ¡Viva! x Brezza – June 6

Chef Ray Garcia of ¡Viva! and Chef Nicole Brisson of Brezza and Bar Zazu will collaborate to bring guests a culinary experience showcasing the rich tradition of Mexican cuisine. Combining Chef Ray Garcia’s culinary history of Mexican flavors, Chef Nicole Brisson will showcase her modern Italian influence on classic dishes. Priced at $215 per person. This six-course dinner, from 6-8 p.m., includes chef-led tableside moments and an optional wine pairing for an additional $60, available to guests ages 21 years and older.

Camphor Presents Steak Frites at RedTail – June 6-7

Camphor, led by Chefs Max Boonthanakit and Lijo George, will bring L.A.’s popular monthly Steak Frites night to Las Vegas for two nights only. Hosted by different members of the Camphor community — musicians, entertainers, designers and more — Steak Frites is a night of good music, good food and good company. This vibrant event will take place from 4 p.m. to midnight and is priced at $65 per person, offering an unforgettable evening of culinary delights and artistic performances.

Eight Lounge Presents Glenfiddich Tasting – June 6

Chairman’s Lounge at Eight Lounge opens its doors for an evening dedicated to the tastes of Scotch enthusiasts. This event features a Scotch tasting showcasing Glenfiddich. Accompanying the Scotch, guests will enjoy gourmet small bites crafted by Chef Nicole Brisson. The evening is complemented by a premium cigar pairing with Liga Privada H99 Robusto, enhancing the tasting journey. Priced at $250 per person, the event includes the Scotch tasting, culinary delights, a premium cigar and a custom gift bag. The event is 4 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Chifa Takeover at Fuhu – June 7

Chifa, the family-owned L.A. restaurant created by Humberto, Rica and Wendy Leon alongside Chef John Liu, will serve signature dishes on Fuhu’s patio for one night only. Menu items featuring their Chinese-Peruvian flair will include their Trinity Fried Rice (created in collaboration with American singer-songwriter and actress Solange), Black Pepper Shrimp and more priced at $88 per person from 5 p.m. until midnight.

Humberto Leon’s Birthday Celebration at Zouk Nightclub – June 7

Following the Chifa takeover, the former co-creative director of Kenzo and co-founder of Opening Ceremony, Humberto Leon, will celebrate his birthday with friends and his Chifa family at Zouk Nightclub, bringing together the worlds of food and fashion.
