The upscale steakhouse serves steaks and seafood alongside classic salads and side dishes. Menu highlights include A5 Japanese Wagyu filet mignon, A5 Japanese Wagyu carpaccio, fried lobster mac and cheese, jumbo lump crab cake and the Chocolate Sphere (long before the other Sphere).

The wine list at Vic & Anthony’s, named after the Fertitta family’s patriarch and his brother, is extensive, with the restaurant group garnering awards from Wine Spectator. And don’t ignore the cocktail menu, with The Golden Nugget leading the way.
