AMBIENCE
You’re paying for the panoramic vistas of this rotating new American steakhouse and restaurant on the 106th floor of The Strat, so does the ambience even matter? But ignoring the solid and varied menu would be wrong.
MENU RECOMMENDATIONS
Top of the World recently released its spring and summer menu, and it is superb and staggering, from steaks and seafood to sides, desserts and cocktails. Also: Surf and Turf, Fire & Ice Seafood Display, truffle and garlic parmesan fries, layered chocolate hazelnut cake and warm butter cake for two.
PRO TIPS
Reservations are required, but there are sometimes openings at the check-in desk before you take the elevator up 100+ floors. You do feel the restaurant physically moving, but it’s subtle. Also check out the bar and lounge way up there alongside the Top of the World.
