The Steakhouse at Circus Circus is a celebrated OG with red leather booth seating, old school fixtures, quiet and classic music and a meat locker at the front entryway. The Steakhouse, at 40 years old, is one of the best steakhouses in Las Vegas and a Vegas Prime Magazine favorite (#PrimePick).
MENU RECOMMENDATIONS
We don’t say this lightly: The prime rib is one of the best out there – hickory-smoked, thick, juicy, flavorful and delicious. Bravo! And it was dinner two more times as leftovers. Also: ribeye, sirloin, Seafood Sensation, crab cakes and French onion soup.
PRO TIPS
Excellent server Chae has worked for The Steakhouse for nearly 40 years, the breadbasket includes pretzel rolls, and the cheesecake is from Brooklyn icon Junior’s Restaurant & Cheesecake. A salute to a legend and one of the best!
