This new steakhouse at Durango Resort in Southwest Las Vegas represents the new casino resort’s vibe: indoor-outdoor spaces. The front lounge has a fireplace, and the back atrium/patio dining area has a lot of natural light. Note: Nicco’s has televisions in the dining area.

MENU RECOMMENDATIONS

The tomahawk with hash browns, dry-age Mediterranean branzino (served on a cart tableside), New York steak, snow crab tempura, Dover sole, short ribs and a trio of cakes – 18-layer chocolate, key lime and butter toffee.

PRO TIPS

The New York steak is a standout, as are the short ribs (served in small bites as an appetizer) and 18-layer chocolate cake. In fact, the chocolate cake might be one of the best chocolate cakes ever. A decadent way to end dinner!
