This explains why Nectaly Mendoza’s joint is always busy, and customers breathed a sigh of relief when he opened Cleaver: Butchered Meats, Seafood and Classic Cocktails on Paradise.

Nectaly’s ribeye, truffle mac and cheese, cacio e pepe, crème brulee, chop house salad, shrimp cocktail, beef tartare, carpaccio, doughnuts with butterscotch and white chocolate and the many fabulous craft cocktails.
