The 24 oz. Cowboy Steak is a must-order. Yee-haw! As is the abundant seafood tower. Fresh! Additionally: the bison filet mignon, Wagyu steak and 32 oz. lobster tail, lamb chops, crab cakes, King Crab legs, spiced pear and Bananas Foster. Classic steakhouse dishes.
