The steakhouse by celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsay is his best restaurant in Las Vegas, and the design is very British and train station, with red, white and blue everywhere, including in the employees’ stylish uniforms. The vibe: ultramodern and boisterous.

Land & Sea Beef Wellington, diver scallops with roasted corn risotto, seafood tower, British-style onion soup, lamb chops, truffle fries, fish and chips, sticky toffee pudding and brown butter ice cream and even the Hell’s Kitchen burger.
