The house prime rib is a must-order. Other selections: bone-in ribeye, New York steak, filet mignon, king crab legs, loaded baked potato, French onion soup, lobster bisque, Shanghai-style fried calamari, chocolate espresso cake and limoncello cake, two dessert flavors you don’t see every day. Simple and classic choices.
PRO TIPS
Cornerstone sits alongside Ping Pang Pong (excellent dim sum lunch and Chinese cuisine) as another reason to go to Gold Coast for dining. It also is a nice option for grabbing drinks when you’re at the property.
