Carversteak, by Sean Christie’s Carver Road Hospitality, is one of the best steakhouses in Las Vegas and a Vegas Prime Magazine favorite (#PrimePick). The lounge, dining area and patio are modern, chic and sexy; Carversteak is the definition of a modern fine-dining steakhouse.

Highlights include Piedmontese flat iron steak, filet mignon, 5 oz. Miyazaki Wagyu striploin, Australian Wagyu, Wagyu cheesesteak bites, lobster en croute, seared crab cake, steak tartare, big eye tuna tartare and caviar poppers. Fun fact: Resorts World former and current headliners Luke Bryan and Carrie Underwood dined at Carversteak. Britney Spears, too.
PRO TIPS
Carversteak offers special touches including a martini cart with the classic cocktail prepared tableside; a collection of beautiful steak knives for a customer to choose for dinner; and excellent customer service. Out the gate, Vegas Prime Magazine’s first dinner at Carversteak remains one of the best.
