The steakhouse transplant from Chicago is a sophisticated and sexy restaurant for prime meats, seafood towers and classic cocktails at Park MGM. Bavette’s Steakhouse is one of the best steakhouses in Las Vegas and a Vegas Prime Magazine favorite (#PrimePick).
MENU RECOMMENDATIONS
The aforementioned seafood tower, crab cake, duck and goat cheese terrine, filet, ribeye, bone marrow, thick cut bacon, truffle macaroni and cheese, chocolate cream pie and Old Fashioneds. It’s time for a return to this gem, where I once caught a casino executive on a secret date!
PRO TIPS
Bavette’s Steakhouse is a great option for an early dinner before a concert at Park MGM or T-Mobile Arena. Fun fact: When Bavette’s opened in 2017, we were seated in a booth two away from then-Gov. Brian Sandoval and MGM Resorts head honcho Jim Murren. Power dinner!
