Multiplatinum-selling rock band REO Speedwagon has returned to The Venetian Theatre at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas for a run of six performances. The first three shows of “An Evening of Hi Infidelity … and More” were in May, and the final three dates are Oct. 2 and 4-5.
“An Evening of Hi Infidelity … and More” features the band’s landmark 1981 diamond award-certified, chart-topping album “Hi Infidelity” from cover to cover, along with a historical journey to the beginning of REO Speedwagon, a trip to the 1980s, an acoustic set, plus a concluding set of hits and fan favorites.
So, yes, you should have the opportunity to sing along to “Can’t Fight This Feeling,” “Take It on the Run,” “Keep on Loving You” and more. Shows are scheduled to begin at 8:30 p.m.
Is it odd that “Can’t Fight This Feeling” conjures images of the late Cory Monteith as Finn Hudson singing the ballad in the shower on “Glee”?
