Grammy Award-winning global superstar Kelly Clarkson is returning to Las Vegas with a new residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. “Kelly Clarkson: Studio Sessions – The Las Vegas Residency” is set to begin Friday, July 4, with 18 shows scheduled through Nov. 15.
The new residency follows Clarkson’s sold-out Las Vegas engagement in PH Live at Planet Hollywood in 2023 and 2024 that showcased her trademark powerhouse vocals and charisma. “I’m so excited to be back in Vegas!” Clarkson said. “We’re bringing the studio to the stage this time with ‘Studio Sessions!’ See y’all there!”
Clarkson is a multitalented artist with more than 25 million albums and 40 million singles sold. Her daytime talk show “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” now in its sixth season, has earned her multiple Emmy Awards. Clarkson coached winning teams on “The Voice” in seasons 14, 15, 17 and 21.
Born in Texas, Clarkson gained fame in 2002 as the winner of Season 1 of “American Idol,” besting Justin Guarini. She quickly became one of pop music’s top artists and has topped each of Billboard’s pop, adult contemporary, country and dance charts.
Clarkson recently teamed up with artists and producers Mark Ronson and Andrew Wyatt for the original holiday single “You For Christmas,” which can be heard on her deluxe rerelease “When Christmas Comes Around … Again.” The rerelease includes her cover of “Sleigh Ride.”
Clarkson’s many hits include “Since U Been Gone,” “My Life Would Suck Without You,” “A Moment Like This,” “Breakaway,” “Piece by Piece” (who else remembers Keith Urban tearing up while she performed the ballad?), “Stronger,” “Behind These Hazel Eyes,” “Already Gone” and many more.
Clarkson was honored with the 2,733rd star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Her many accolades include three Grammys, four American Music Awards, three MTV Video Music Awards, two Academy of Country Music Awards, two American Country Awards and one Country Music Association Award.
