Country star and Academy of Country Music Artist of the Decade Jason Aldean is bringing “Nashville’s kinda party” to the heart of the Las Vegas Strip with the opening of Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar. The restaurant and bar opens in 63 CityCenter on Monday, Dec. 2, with a grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony and red carpet set for Thursday, Dec. 5.
As the fourth location nationwide, developed in partnership with TC Restaurant Group, Jason Aldean’s blends the charm of Music City with the excitement of Las Vegas. Guests can look forward to an authentic Nashville experience with high-energy live entertainment, elevated Southern comfort food and unparalleled views.
Spanning 22,500 square feet, the two-story venue features two live music stages showcasing performances ranging from country to Top 40 hits. The space also includes six bars and an outdoor terrace overlooking the Strip.
“I’ve always loved Las Vegas because it’s unique and has an energy like nowhere else,” Aldean said. “People are ready to have a good time and celebrate. I want this to be a spot where people come to kick back, enjoy great music, awesome food and create good memories.”
Located on the Las Vegas Strip at 63 CityCenter, at Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Avenue, guests are welcomed by the venue’s centerpiece Tractor Bar, featuring a green vintage 4020 John Deere Tractor – a tribute to Aldean’s multiplatinum hit “Big Green Tractor.”
The venue’s Southern-inspired decor blends rustic charm with modern elements, incorporating exposed stone, reclaimed wood, neon signs and industrial accents. Guests will get a look into Aldean’s career as he curated the memorabilia, including record plaques of his bestselling songs, guitars and family photos.
An onsite iHeartRadio studio will record interviews with musicians and celebrities, often leading to impromptu performances and an ever-changing lineup of live entertainment. Ascending to the second-floor club level, guests will find the Guitar Bar with an oversized hanging guitar and a second live music stage. By night, the stage transforms into a DJ booth and dance floor.
VIP guests can also enjoy Jason’s Corner with private VIP booths for an elevated nightlife experience. The Southern-inspired menu includes comfort food classics and bold flavors from the Aldean family cookbook. The bar menu will include local and national drafts and cocktails named after Aldean’s biggest hits.
“This menu is personal to me,” Aldean said. “My mom was an amazing cook, and there’s no way I could open this place without her food such as her peach cobbler. As for the venue, it was important to me to add my personal touches, and I hope people love it.”
Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar will be open daily at 10 a.m. and late Thursdays through Saturdays. More: JasonAldeansBar.com/Las-Vegas.
