Smoke and Mirrors, Las Vegas’s first regulated cannabis cocktail lounge, opened its doors in April and made history with the first purchase at 4:20 p.m. by Clark County Commission Chairman and longtime cannabis advocate Tick Segerblom. Smoke and Mirrors’s executive team – Mitch Britten, CEO of Thrive Cannabis Marketplace, and consultants Christopher LaPorte and Scot Rutledge, managing partners at Reset – delivered celebratory remarks.
Smoke and Mirrors offers premium strains, hand-crafted infused cocktails and an electric social atmosphere. “Thrive has always been known for setting the bar for operational standards and quality cannabis experiences, and we are thrilled to be at the forefront of this historic moment in Las Vegas as we continue to revolutionize the cannabis industry,” Britten said.
Taking inspiration from musical icons and innovators throughout history, the mixology program offerings traditional alcohol-free libations infused with premium THC strains, including The Godfather, Evolve and Higher Ground.
“We are beyond excited to have unveiled the first state-licensed cannabis lounge in Las Vegas,” LaPorte said. “Our goal is not just to create a space for cannabis enthusiasts, but to create a social hub for our guests. With Smoke and Mirrors’s remarkable array of products, we aim to provide an unforgettable experience that will leave a lasting impression.”
