Simp City, renowned as the “hottest R&B party in the world,” has announced a residency at Drai’s Beachclub + Nightclub, with a debut performance on May 21, the next date on June 28 and additional dates to be announced.
This marks the first time Simp City has established a singular venue residency, solidifying a permanent home at the iconic establishment – remember when Drai’s was in the basement and ruled as the after-hours hotspot? – located at the heart of the Las Vegas Strip at The Cromwell.
“The Drai’s team is honored to welcome Simp City to the Drai’s family,” said Dustin Drai, President of Drai’s Management Group. “It’s truly a full-circle moment for them to find a permanent home with us.”
Founded by Las Vegas residents Jay Esguerra and Brilan Kelly in December 2018, Simp City has been a homegrown movement from its inception. The R&B party promises to reaffirm the genre’s place in the Las Vegas nightlife scene while bringing a taste of local culture to the Strip.
