Brasserie B by Bobby Flay in Caesars Palace, the latest restaurant by the celebrity chef at the Las Vegas Strip property following in the footsteps of the now-closed Mesa Grill and its successor Amalfi Coast, soft opened in December and celebrated a grand opening during Super Bowl weekend in February, in the former home of Old Homestead.
The bright, classic and open brasserie design of Brasserie B by Bobby Flay is a complete overhaul of the former old school steakhouse, and one can’t help but get swept up in the casual chic ambience and design. Oh la la!
An early dinner at Brasserie B by Bobby Flay, near Nobu, Montecristo Cigar Bar and Amalfi Coast, included crispy oysters, roasted prawns, mussels, prime ribeye piquant frites, chicken brasserie, duck confit, macaroni Gruyère gratin, chocolate soufflé and coffee ice cream, Meyer Lemon Margaritas and cappuccino.
Everything was excellent, including the service and main server Nabil. The standouts: the roasted prawns, duck confit, chocolate soufflé and coffee ice cream, Meyer Lemon Margaritas and cappuccino.
The crispy oysters, mussels and macaroni Gruyère gratin also were devoured. Longtime fans of Bobby Flay, we would definitely return to Brasserie B by Bobby Flay. Santé!
