Hakkasan Restaurant, a Las Vegas favorite alongside its adjoining nightclub since open- ing in 2013 at MGM Grand, has debuted new seasonal dishes, including a Golden Iberico Char Siu Bao, Grilled Wagyu Loin and Wok Fried Chicken with Walnut. They’re beautifully plated and absolutely delicious.
For a true Hakkasan experience, indulge in one of three signature menus: the Dragon, Lotus and Phoenix offerings, which range in price from $108 to $198 per person and include the option of a wine pairing add-on. These menus feature several of the new dishes.
Don’t forget the creative cocktails and decadent desserts. Hakkasan set a new standard in dining and nightlife when it opened more than a decade ago, and it remains firmly perched at the top – in terms of customer service, as well.

Luchini + Chez Bippy at MGM Grand
The Pasta Affair takes over Luchini each Thursday starting at 9 p.m. (it kicked off on July 11). The pre-speakeasy, pre-nightclub dining experience features a DJ to get things started and a pasta flight featuring three of the Italian restaurant’s most popular dishes – rigatoni al pesto, regginette alfredo and penne alla rosa – designed to share for $59.
Continue the evening at Chez Bippy, hidden inside Luchini, with Whisper Thursdays featur ing music and handcrafted cocktails, playful and alluring libations that are New York-inspired and eye-catching. New York Minute is served in a ceramic “to-go” cup. It has Bulleit Rye Whiskey, hazelnut, cynar, demerara, cocoa and espresso and is garnished with a lady finger cookie.
Lip Service features a presentation where the cocktail (Grey Goose Vodka, pamplemousse, white peach and lemon) is served with a tall, etched ice cube. A server pours a Berry Rosé compote into the etched ice to reveal a set of lips.
Beauty & Essex at The Cosmopolitan
At Beauty & Essex, the inspiration for the new cocktail menu was to echo the theme of dining inside a jewelry box, with some named after precious stones and jewelry such as Jade, Mother of Pearl and Ring of Fire.
In an Instant is a tequila cocktail with Cincoro Tequila, a “buzz button” (spilanthes) liqueur that gives your mouth a tingly, slightly numbing sensation, watermelon and lime. It’s served in a camera lens; when you order it from the bar, they’ll take your picture and garnish the drink with it.
Another perfect sip for summer is Rose Gold, a mango-infused Aperol Spritz with lemon, grapefruit soda and prosecco. More: TaoGroup.com
