AMBIENCE
Michael and David Morton’s high-end and sleek steakhouse at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas also serves seafood and classic sides. One Steakhouse was previously MB Steakhouse, so menu items will be familiar.
MENU RECOMMENDATIONS
The signature dry-aged tomahawk steak is a must-order for groups. The 18-pound USDA prime tomahawk serves 10-12 guests, is carved tableside, must be ordered 72 hours in advance and is $1,500. Also: Domestic New York Strip Wagyu, Surf and Turf (8 oz. filet mignon and Maine lobster tail) and porterhouse.
PRO TIPS
Save room for dessert, if that’s possible at this standout steakhouse east of the Las Vegas Strip in the former Hard Rock Hotel, and order the Baked Alaska to end dinner on a sweet note.
