The upscale steakhouse in The Palazzo (even though the website is The Venetian) is a modern restaurant, but we consider it a classic because it’s helmed by OG celebrity Chef Wolfgang Puck. Cut is modern and sexy and hasn’t lost its touch in decades of serving top-notch steaks.
MENU RECOMMENDATIONS
Puck is synonymous with star restaurateurs with a culinary empire, and highlights at Cut include the filet, housemade steak, Wagyu sliders, chilled oysters, hand-cut prime steak tartare, banana cream pie and the Valrhona Chocolate Souffle.
PRO TIPS
Cut is one of the first steakhouses where we were presented with the uncooked cuts of meat. Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris does the same thing, as do countless others. We like this practice; it adds a level of care, thought and interaction at a steakhouse.
