Thank you for taking the time to talk with Vegas Prime Magazine in the New Year. Speaking of the New Year, what are you most excited about at Resorts World Las Vegas in 2025 as Chief Marketing Officer?
Thank you so much for the opportunity. I am honored to be a part of the luxury issue for Vegas Prime. Since opening in 2021, Resorts World has always strived to set the standard for luxury accommodations and exceptional hospitality.
As we head into 2025, I’m thrilled that we get to continue our ongoing mission to transform the north end of the Strip into the ultimate luxury destination in Las Vegas.
What are you focused on as CMO in 2025 at Resorts World – restaurants? Nightlife? Events?
2024 was such a great year with the debut of Rule the World Volume Two, the completion of our new Villa 66 and Janet Jackson kicking off her residency – all of this heading into 2025. This year, we are so excited to unveil new restaurants like Stubborn Seed and Copper Sun.
The Zouk Group team is also gearing up for its 2025 residency announcement with new artists and returning DJs. There’s excitement from every aspect, whether it’s dining or entertainment, and we can’t wait to share more.
I recently toured the new Villa 66, which was astonishing, and watched your speech afterwards at The Palace. How is Resorts World a leader in luxury on the Las Vegas Strip?
Resorts World Las Vegas stands out as a leader in luxury on the Strip because the team has perfectly blended sophisticated and modern design elements with unique artistic touches.
Whether at Villa 66, at one of our Hilton rooms or at one of our world-renowned culinary offerings, Resorts World wants to immerse guests with a unique experience every time they visit.
You had new partnerships at Resorts World in 2024 that were successful – Las Vegas Swim Week and ComplexCon to name two. What did you think of them, and are there more in store this year?
These partnerships were a resounding success, and we are so proud we were able to bring major brands like Swim Week and ComplexCon to Las Vegas for the first time.
For 2025 we’re excited to continue building onto this momentum. We’re always exploring new and innovative ways to elevate the guest experience, so we have some big things planned coming this year.
How has your extensive experience in luxury and nightlife prepared you for the role of CMO?
My background in the marketing industry has given me a deep understanding of the needs and desires of our target audience. My experience has also enhanced my passion of executing successful marketing campaigns that resonate with luxury consumers.
What are your go-to restaurants, nightclubs and shows in Las Vegas?
My go-to restaurant is Wally’s. They have a great steak and eggs dish and are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. However, Resorts World offers a plethora of world-renowned restaurants, so there is something for everyone.
Out of all the clubs on the Strip, I can honestly say that Zouk Nightclub has to be one of my favorites. We have grown so much throughout the years. Starting out as one of the newest clubs on the Strip to winning Best Nightclub three years in a row, Zouk is really a one-of-a-kind venue that transforms with each artist performing.
When it comes to performances, my favorite show right now has to be Janet Jackson at the Resorts World Theatre. If you haven’t gotten a chance to see her, she will be back to grace the stage in early February and Valentine’s Day weekend.
What do you like to do for fun when you’re not working?
Las Vegas is a city that never sleeps, so work can be nonstop. When I have time to step away, I always find joy in the little things. I’m kicking off a Sunday hiking club after Super Bowl. I used to do these years ago and am excited to get it restarted. It’s a great way to stay connected with friends and engage in the community.
Do you foresee any trends in Las Vegas in 2025?
I believe that Las Vegas will continue to evolve as a destination for luxury, entertainment and sports in 2025. I anticipate seeing more immersive and personalized experiences, as well as a growing focus on sustainability and wellness.
Anything else? Thank you again for your time.
Thank you for the opportunity to share my thoughts on Resorts World Las Vegas and the future of luxury on the Strip.
