The inaugural Neon City Festival is a music, art and culinary event free for all ages in Downtown Las Vegas from Nov. 22-24. The festival’s music lineup includes Neon Trees, The All-American Rejects, Plain White T’s, Russell Dickerson, Seven Lions, Krewella, Lit, Filter, Alison Wonderland and 20+ more artists, and nobody will leave hungry with the local food offerings.
A “festival without fences,” Neon City Festival will transform DTLV into a musical and culinary haven. The footprint extends from the Fremont East District to Fremont Street Experience and the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center, to the Arts District all the way down to Las Vegas Boulevard and The Strat Hotel, Casino & Tower.
Created by DTLV casino owner Derek Stevens, with support from the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority and overseen by appointed Neon City Festival CEO Jeff Victor, the event was conceived to show appreciation for Las Vegas locals and visitors alike.
“Neon City Festival will be a great way for music lovers of all genres to come together in a thrilling environment,” Victor said. “The lineup includes everything from rock to hip hop, country and EDM – on every corner, there will be an incredible artist performing a free show.”
Neon City Festival’s founders include Stevens (Circa, Golden Gate, The D Las Vegas, DLVEC), LVCVA, Steve Thompson (Boyd Gaming: Fremont, California, Main Street Station), Terry Caudill (Binion’s Gambling Hall and 4 Queens), Chris Latil (Golden Nugget), Jonathan Jossel (Plaza), Blake Sartini Jr. (The Strat), Andrew Simon (Fremont Street Experience), Joe Woody (El Cortez) and Eric Buksa (Downtown Grand).
Guests can discover a diverse lineup of local vendors – ranging from taco trucks and empanada carts to sushi stands and an Omaha Steaks pop-up – while enjoying live performances, immersive art installations and more.
“Las Vegas has become a culinary destination in its own right, and we’re thrilled to partner with a variety of diverse restaurants, food trucks and other offerings for Neon City Festival,” Victor said. “This event is a celebration of the local community, so it’s only fitting for Las Vegas-based concepts to be a part of this incredible weekend.”
