The six-block Downtown Las Vegas entertainment district Fremont Street Experience concluded its free concert series Downtown Rocks for the season with one of the most anticipated performances of the series featuring rock icon Rick Springfield on Saturday, Oct. 5.
Fans gathered at the First Street Stage to listen to Springfield’s biggest hits, including “Jessie’s Girl,” “Don’t Talk to Strangers,” “Human Touch,” “Love Somebody” and many more.
Springfield’s return to Fremont Street Experience served as the final installment of the 2024 Downtown Rocks series, which featured performances by Seether, Hoobastank, Soul Asylum, Boys Like Girls, Chris Janson, Sebastian Bach, Common Kings, Joe Nichols and Sublime With Rome.
Springfield celebrated his 75th birthday at Palms Casino Resort in August and was back in town earlier this month for Sammy Hagar’s 77th birthday bash, also at Palms as well as at his Cabo Wabo Cantina at Planet Hollywood.
