2024 Labor Day weekend was highlighted the Sunday afternoon of Sept. 1 with the sold-out 2024 Modelo Vegas Kickoff Classic at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. It was a record attendance of 63,969, larger than the Super Bowl, for the game; USC defeated LSU 27-20 in a nail-biter, pulling ahead in the final minutes of the game; and attendees from Southern California, Louisiana and locals also watched the college football game in the luxe Wynn Field Club.
